However, Taiwan-funded enterprises face numerous legal challenges when engaging in international economic and trade activities, including language barriers, transportation difficulties, and high costs. To address these challenges and support Taiwan-funded enterprises in participating in the “Belt and Road”, the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle, the China-Singapore Connectivity Initiative and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, the APIAC-Legal Service Center for Global Taiwan-invested Enterprises Integrated with RCEP Affairs was officially established in the Dadukou District Taiwan small and medium-size enterprise Industrial Park on December 28, 2023, with strong support from the Chongqing Municipal Government Office, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Dadukou District Government. The center is committed to helping Taiwan-funded enterprises integrate into RCEP economic and trade cooperation.

Looking ahead, the APIAC-Legal Service Center for Global Taiwan-invested Enterprises Integrated with RCEP Affairs will continue to uphold its service philosophy of "professionalism, efficiency, fairness, and confidentiality." The center will strengthen its ties with Taiwan-funded enterprises, providing high-quality, efficient, and professional legal services. By leveraging the advantages of international arbitration in Singapore, the center will explore innovative cooperation mechanisms and improve services to help Taiwan-funded enterprises integrate more effectively into the RCEP economic and financial landscape.
