Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Collaborates with LoomOrient to Forge a New Chapter in Smart Arbitration.

In June 2024, the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) reached a strategic cooperation agreement with LoomOrient, a cutting-edge company in the field of smart arbitration. Both parties will jointly promote the intelligent, digital, and modern transformation of the international arbitration industry. To support this project, APIAC will allocate CNY 500,000 (approximately USD 68，621) for research funding. This collaboration marks a significant step for APIAC in exploring and applying cutting-edge technologies to enhance arbitration efficiency and fairness.

LoomOrient, an innovative company focusing on the research and development of smart arbitration technology, is dedicated to providing comprehensive technological solution for the digitalization of arbitration institutions. The company utilizes artificial intelligence, biometric recognition, the Internet of Things and blockchain to support "one platform, multiple terminals", ensuring data unity and sharing, enabling real-time interaction throughout the entire trial process, and creating a fully integrated digital arbitration court with online and offline sessions. This transformation promotes a shift from a "same-space mode" to a "different-space mode" in tribunals.
