On May 31, Beijing time, and the afternoon of May 30, local time, the inauguration ceremony for the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Canada Arbitration Center was grandly held in Montreal, the second largest city in Canada. Mr. Ma Zhanjun, President of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, and Ms. Anne-France Goldwater, Director of the renowned Canadian law firm Goldwater Dube, attended the inauguration ceremony. President Ma also stated that in the future, the Canada Arbitration Center will exchange information and work closely with other branch organizations of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber worldwide, and aim to construct a complete and closed-loop international arbitration legal service system to jointly promote the stable development of international commercial arbitration.

Director Anne-France Goldwater of Goldwater Dube law firm gave a speech, she expressed that as a legal practitioner, years of experience have made her deeply aware that court litigation is a long and tedious process, Montreal has always served as a bridge between Canada and other countries, the establishment of more international arbitration institutions in Montreal can not only promote the development of services for the rapid resolution of legal disputes locally, but also further promote commercial trade and economic and cultural exchanges between Canada and other countries around the world.
