Representatives from a Cross-border Company Platform Visit the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center (Chongqing)

On the afternoon of June 20, 2024, General Manager Cao Qingfeng and representatives from a cross-border company platform visited the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center (Chongqing). They were warmly welcomed by Cai Yue, the Director of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center and her team, and engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges.

Before the meeting, Director Cai Yue invited General Manager Cao Qingfeng and other representatives to visit the exhibition hall of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center (Chongqing). She provided detailed introduction about the development history and core values of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber.

At the meeting, Director Cai Yue warmly welcomed General Manager Cao Qingfeng and other representatives, and emphasized the organizational structure and services of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber. She pointed out that the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center (Chongqing) serves as a specialized institution for coordinating affairs in the southwestern region on behalf of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (Singapore). The center is dedicated to providing efficient, impartial, cost-effective, and convenient dispute resolution pathways for both domestic and foreign enterprises. Additionally, Wan Shiqi, the Deputy Director of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber - Legal Service Center for Global Taiwan-invested Enterprises Integrated with RCEP Affairs introduced the first national Taiwan Enterprises RCEP Legal Service Center. This service center aims to build the bridge for Taiwan enterprises to expand into RCEP member countries' markets and provide an innovative model for Taiwan enterprises to integrate into RCEP's economic trade and financial cooperation.

General Manager Cao Qingfeng expressed his appreciation for the professional team and high-quality services of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Southwest Service Center (Chongqing), which has unique competitiveness and influence in the domestic legal service market. At the same time, General Manager Cao Qingfeng showed an interest in the establishment and development of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber - Legal Service Center for Global Taiwan-invested Enterprises Integrated with RCEP Affairs. He believed that this innovative initiative would provide solid legal support for cooperation and development of Taiwan enterprises.
