Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (Singapore), abbreviated as“APIAC (Singapore)” is an international arbitration institution jointly initiated by arbitration experts from Pacific Rim countries and regions. It was registered in Singapore. Under the management and guidance of APIAC (Singapore), APIAC United States Arbitration Center, APIAC Canada Arbitration Center, APIAC Indonesia Board, APIAC (Malaysia), and APIAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center have been established. These institutions are committed to providing efficient, fair, economical, and expedient international arbitration services for Asian trade cooperation and all types of commercial disputes arising between China and ASEAN countries.

Arbitration has the characteristics of short period and final arbitration. On the premise that the parties agree to waive the right of time limit, APIAC can make a ruling within one week at the earliest.
