Chairman Ma Zhanjun of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) was invited to attend the Jiangxi Fuzhou "Secretary Minister Enters the Campus" talent recruitment event at East China University of Political Science and Law as well as the inaugural meeting of the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association

On December 23, 2023, Mr. Ma Zhanjun, Chairman of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), was invited by the conference organizer to attend the Jiangxi Fuzhou "Secretary Minister Enters the Campus" special talent recruitment event at East China University of Political Science and Law, and the inaugural meeting of the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association held at East China University of Political Science and Law. On behalf of the Singapore-based APIAC, he signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association.

This conference attracted a total of 172 legal elites from all over the country, including Wei Xiaokui, Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee, Ye Qing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of East China University of Political Science and Law, Yao Junzhang, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Government's Shanghai Office, and Ma Zhanjun, Chairman of the Asia-Pacific International Arbitration Chamber.

During the meeting, the APIAC and the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association reached a strategic cooperation agreement regarding international legal talent cultivation and development, international arbitration business development and service cooperation, and resource complementarity. The signing of this agreement signifies that the APIAC will engage in deep cooperation with the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association in cultivating legal talents, developing international arbitration business, and resource sharing.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement is an important step for the APIAC in promoting the development of international arbitration and the cultivation of legal talents. Under the concept that "the rule of law is the best business environment", the cooperation with the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association will further enhance the APIAC's capabilities in legal talent cultivation and international arbitration, and provide efficient and high-quality legal services through the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association.

The successful holding of this event not only lays a solid foundation for the future cooperation between the APIAC and the Shanghai Fuzhou Legal Talent Association but also opens up new possibilities for cultivating legal talents in Chinese and international arbitration.
