The 2023 International Commercial Arbitration Training Sponsored by APIAC in Shanghai, China was a success

On Sept 24, 2023, the last course of 2023 International Commercial Arbitration Training sponsored by Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), Beihai Court of International Arbitration, Beihai Asia International Arbitration Center (BAIAC), and the Macao Institute of International Arbitration, and co-organized by the Centre for Commercial Arbitration Studies of the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, was a success in Shanghai, China.

The speaker Prof. Ma Zhanjun, President of Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber and Excutive President of the Beihai Court of International Arbitration, shared his views on the topic of "The Development and Application of Arbitration in Lawyers' Practice" and made suggestions on how lawyers can expand their business in commercial arbitration. The another speaker Dr. Qi Baoxin, Senior Partner of AllBright, focused on "Case Analysis of Intellectual Property Arbitration", analyzed the key issues, evidence and legal disputes in cases and providing his view on the development and trend of Intellectual Property Arbitration.


The APIAC will organize a high-level international arbitration training course in Singapore in October 2023. This training will cover the theory and practice of arbitration as well as the rules and procedures of international arbitration. The APIAC is committed to building an international arbitration platform, injecting Chinese elements into international arbitration, and providing a more economical way to resolve international commercial disputes.
